Si selezionano artisti di tutte le nazionalità per la partecipazione ad Artexpo Summer Rome 2019, rassegna artistica internazionale a Roma dal 15 giugno al 27 giugno 2019 e vernissage sabato 15 giugno alle ore 18 presso il nuovo ed elegante spazio della Galleria "Art Gallery Rome" https://www.artgalleryrome.it/ in Via di Parione 10 00186 in centro storico di Roma a pochi metri dal Chiostro del Bramante e da Piazza Navona.
Le richieste di partecipazione dovranno pervenire entro il giorno 26 maggio e cominceremo a comunicare i risultati entro tre giorni dall’invio!
REGOLAMENTO
Art. 1 Destinatari del concorso
Alle selezioni possono partecipare artisti di qualsiasi nazionalità e religione, senza limiti di età, operanti in qualsiasi campo artistico.
Art. 2 Tema - stili
Non c’è un tema specifico e sono ammesse tutte le forme delle Arti Visive: scultura, pittura, fotografia, arte digitale, grafica e incisioni, e tutte le tecniche.

Digitare correttamente i dati richiesti negli spazi appositi (quelli con “*” sono obbligatori) ed allegare la foto (selezionare la foto cliccando “Sfoglia” e successivamente cliccare su “Upload”) per confermare i dati inseriti cliccare su “Salva”.
E’ consentito partecipare alle selezioni con UNA SOLA OPERA LA CUI DIMENSIONE COMPRENSIVA DI EVENTUALE CORNICE o listello (ma non è necessaria va bene anche esporre solo la tela o la tavola) non superi la misura totale di 80x80.
L'utilizzo del vetro è sconsigliato! e non sarà rimborsato in caso di rottura.
Le sculture non dovranno superare nessuna delle misure seguenti: base cm. 50 x 50, altezza cm. 70, peso Kg.35; non saranno accettate sculture con materiali fragili.

Verranno prescelti gli artisti che si saranno distinti per originalità e qualità espressiva.
Ogni artista potrà esporre una sola opera in base alle dimensioni citate nel punto 3 .

La partecipazione alle selezioni non prevede alcuna quota, mentre il versamento della quota di partecipazione di 129 euro sarà invece obbligatorio nella fase successiva per gli artisti selezionati che intendono partecipare alla rassegna, solo per gli artisti iscritti al portale Artists in the World Events la quota di partecipazione alla rasssegna è di 119 euro.
La quota stabilita andrà versata entro 5 giorni dal ricevimento della mail di avvenuta selezione, nelle modalità che vi saranno espressamente indicate.
La quota di partecipazione garantisce all’artista selezionato i seguenti servizi:

* VERNISSAGE con bevande e snack
* Allestimento e smontaggio

* Progettazione grafica e distribuzione materiale grafico pubblicitario
* 5mila Flyer e Locandine
* Guardiania per tutto il periodo della mostra
* Assistenza alla vendita
* Video con presentazione artisti pre mostra (visibile in rete)
* Video vernissage inaugurale (visibile in rete)
* Foto della manifestazione consultabili on-line
* 1 copia cartacea del CATALOGO della MOSTRA (altre eventuali su richiesta e a pagamento)
* VERNISSAGE con bevande e snack
* Allestimento e smontaggio
* Inviti e comunicazione mediante mailing list di circa 55.000 contatti

L’artista potrà vendere la sua opera nell’arco della rassegna al prezzo da lui stabilito e, in caso di vendita la percentuale del 20% è richiesta dalla galleria.

Agli artisti selezionati saranno richieste le opere originali ben imballate, scrivere sul pacco “Artexpo Summer Rome 2019” oltre al proprio nome e cognome, le opere dovranno pervenire entro e non oltre il giorno 11 giugno (le opere potranno essere spedite oppure consegnate a mano) all'indirizzo di Roma che sarà comunicato appena conclusa la selezione, e saranno poi trasportate in galleria a nostre spese.
I dipinti e le fotografie dovranno essere già predisposte per l’allestimento e provviste di attaccaglia/gancio centrale.
Le opere inviate per corrispondenza saranno accettate solo con spese e rischio a carico del partecipante, sia per l'andata sia per il ritorno (restituzione). L’ente organizzatore declina ogni responsabilità dal danneggiamento, smarrimento, furto o altro imprevisto relativo alle opere. Non si accetteranno o pagheranno fatture per spese di trasporto.

Sara’ possibile sia il ritiro diretto dell’opera, senza alcun costo sempre all'indirizzo di Roma che sarà comunicato appena conclusa la selezione, sia la rispedizione dell’opera, con spese a carico dell’artista, dal nostro corriere di fiducia (preciso ed economico).

Art. 7 Liberatoria
Gli organizzatori, pur avendo la massima cura delle opere ricevute, non si assumono alcuna responsabilità per eventuali danni di trasporto, manomissioni, incendio, furto o altre cause durante il periodo della manifestazione, del magazzinaggio, dell'esposizione e della giacenza.

Gli artisti partecipando alla collettiva INTERNAZIONALE “Artexpo Summer Rome 2019” accettano implicitamente tutte le norme contenute nel presente bando, nessuna esclusa. L'artista partecipante dichiara di aver letto attentamente il presente regolamento e di accettarlo dunque in tutti i suoi punti; acconsente al trattamento dei suoi dati personali ai sensi della Legge 196/2003 per la divulgazione con qualsiasi mezzo, internet, stampa, video, ed altri non menzionati, delle sue opere e del suo nominativo e di tutte le informazioni necessarie per una capillare diffusione, al solo scopo di accrescerne la popolarità artistica.

Artists of all nationalities are selected for Artexpo Summer Rome 2019International art exhibition in Rome (Italy) , from June 15 to June 27,2019 and vernissage Saturday June 15th at 6 p.m, at the new and elegant location of "Art Gallery Rome" https://www.artgalleryrome.it/ in Via di Parione 10 00186 Rome situated in the most beautiful areas in Rome in Rome's historic center near Chiostro del Bramante and Piazza Navona.
All requests must be received not later than May 26th, 2019 and We will begin to comunicate the result of the selections within three days!

No fee is requested to participate in the selection. The selected artists, who confirm their participation in the exhibition, are requested to pay a partecipation fee of 129 euros.
For artist that are already presents in our web site, the partecipation fee is only 119 euros instead of 129 euros.

The percentage of 20% is required by the Art Gallery in the event of sale.

The artworks must be received no later than June 11th (they may be mailed or delivered in person) at the address in Rome that will be communicated once the selection is completed. The paintings and photographs should already be prepared for set up and equipped with central hanger. The artworks sent by mail will be accepted only with costs and risks borne by the participant, both for the incoming shipping and for the return (return).
